2. The Service
3D City Hub provides tools and services to view 3D city models, manage accounts, and process drone capture data into 3D models. Services may change, be suspended, or be discontinued at any time.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Submissions
When you share drone captures or other data for processing, you confirm you have the rights to that data and consent to us processing it into 3D models. We may publish resulting models as showcases on the platform.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it for unlawful purposes.
6. Intellectual Property
The platform, its design and branding are owned by 3D City Hub. Your data remains yours; we only use it to provide the services described.
7. Disclaimer & Liability
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 3D City Hub shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
